创新人才的培养是现阶段中国人才培养过程中亟待解决的重要问题,大学是培养创新人才的主要基地。通过分析中国普通本科院校在培养创新人才方面存在的问题,从培养学生良好的学习习惯和独立思考的能力,优化培养方案,完善课程体系,形成多种培养模式等方面提出中国普通本科院校培养创新人才方面的有效对策。

At this stage cultivating a large number of innovative talents is a major strategic task in China,and many talents comes from university.Through analysis of problems in ordinary colleges,some countermeasures are put forward from aspects of the students study habits,thinking independently,optimizing program,improving curriculum,and soon.
