摘要
培养应用型人才的关键在于实践教学,而不少以应用型人才为培养目标定位的院校却较为严重地存在着实践教学薄弱的问题。深刻认识实践教学的内涵和特征,正视实践教学中的实际问题,破解观念、体系、硬件、师资、机制五大难题,才能突破应用型人才培养的瓶颈。
The key of application-oriented talents cultivation is practical teaching.Serious weaknesses exist in practical teaching in some universities which aimed at application-oriented talents cultivation.In order to break the bottleneck of application-oriented talents cultivation,the connotation and characters of practical teaching should be fully understood,the five difficulties of concept,system,hardware teacher resources and mechanism of traditional education should be overcome.
