This article studies the economic thought of Guan Zi from the Viewpoint of Cultural Economics.On the basis of the background of culture,the present article uses superficial behavioral culture to analyze and interprete about Guan Zi＇s economic thought so as to exploit its cultural connotation of economic thought and the potential cultural value.
