The husband-wife relationship is essentially a contractual relationship,but it is a special kind of contractual relationship.The present paper makes a basic analysis on the husband-wife relationship,it is suggested that legal property relations should be clarified and the relationship should be treated as a special contractual relationship in order to balance the property relations between husband and wife.
