城市供水过程最优待滤水浊度数学模型研究 被引量:3

摘要 以混凝和反冲洗2个过程能耗为目标,对目前提出的最佳投药量数学模型进行了简化和改进,并将改进后的模型应用到佛山某具体水厂中,根据该厂工艺设计参数及实时运行数据,确定了该厂最佳投药量模型数学模型和最优待滤水浊度数学表达式,并运用实时数据库中的数据对该模型进行了检验,结果表明该模型是较准确和有效的,可以将该模型编制程序后置于上位机软件中,以实现生产过程的优化或供操作工人以操作指导。 In this paper, taking the process energy consumption of coagulation and backwash as target function, the optimal dosage mathematical model has been simplied and improved, and the improved model was applied to a specific water plant in Foshan, according to the design parameters and real-time operating data, the optimal dosage model and the mathematical expression of the most preferential water turbidity before filtering have been determined, lastly the model has been tested by the real-time data and the results showed that the model was accurate. So the model can be programmed in computer to optimize the process and give the guidance for operating workers.
