PVB-PVDF共混膜的制备及其性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用剪切粘度法对聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)-聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)体系的相容性进行了定性研究,采用相转化法制备了PVB-PVDF共混膜,并对膜的结构和性能进行了测试。结果表明,该体系为部分相容体系;PVB-PVDF共混膜的纯水通量较PVDF膜、PVB膜均有很大程度的提高,PVB的加入改善了PVDF膜的亲水性及拉伸强度。聚合物的质量分数为23%、PVB与PVDF共混质量比为7:3的共混膜纯水通量和拉伸强度都较好,即综合性能最好。 First the compatibility ofpolyvinyl butyral (PVB)-polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) system was researched useing shear viscosity method, the results showed that the system was partially compatible system, and then using phase inversion to prepare PVB-PVDF blend membrane, the membrane structure and performance were tested. The results showed that, water flux of PVB-PVDF blend membranes was higher than the PVDF membrane and PVB film, the PVB adding was a big improvement for drophilicity of PVDF membrane and tensile strength. Through the blend membranes composed of different permeability rate and tensile strength of the comparisons we found that film which concentration was 23%, ratio was 7:3 had high water flux and good tensile strength, so the blend film which polymer concentration of 23%, the ratio of 7:3 had the best performance.
