高校研究型辅导员队伍建设的若干问题探讨

调查研究是当前高校辅导员职责内容的重要组成部分,研究型辅导员队伍建设是高校辅导员发展的必然趋势。但目前辅导员职业认同感不强、工作时间多、工作压力大等问题制约了辅导员开展科研。高校应通过构建交流平台、完善评价激励制度等措施促进研究型辅导员队伍的建设。

At present,research is an important part of counselors＇ responsibility.Research-based counselors construction is an inevitable trend of the development of college counselors.However,many factors such as long work hours and pressure restrict college counselors＇ scientific research.The paper proposes some suggestions on how to improve research-based counselor construction.
