摘要
以某化工生产企业废水为例,采用水解酸化-UASB反应器-SBR工艺处理高浓度柠檬酸甘油酯生产废水。该工程设计规模为162 m.3d-1,进水COD高达18 000 mg.L-1。工程运行表明,采用该工艺处理生产柠檬酸甘油酯废水效果良好,出水COD小于300 mg.L-1,BOD5小于50 mg.L-1,可达污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-1996)三级排放标准。
Take the case of wastewater of a chemical manufacturer as example, introducing the project example of hydrolysis-UASB reactor-SBR process treating high concentration of citric acid ester wastewater. The design capacity was 162 m3. d-1, water CODcr was up to 18 000 mg. L-1. Practice showed that using the technology, production of citric acid ester waste water treatment worked well, the water COD was less than 300 mg.L-1, BOD5 was less than 50mg. L-1, which was up to integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB 8978 - 1996) Ⅲ emission standards.
