慢性湿疹患者心理健康状况及应对方式调查分析

Survey and Analysis of the Mental Health State and Coping Style in Patients with Chronic Eczema

目的对慢性湿疹患者的心理健康状况进行调查和分析。方法收集2010年5月～2011年5月来我院治疗的慢性湿疹患者52例为观察组,选取健康人52例作为对照组,对研究对象心理健康状况的调查采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),比较两组患者量表中的各项指标。结果与对照组研究对象的症状自评量表得分相比,观察组患者的躯体化、焦虑、抑郁、附加因子及精神病性等观察指标明显得分较多,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组患者在强迫、人际关系、敌对、恐怖和偏执等各项观察指标评分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);观察组与对照组比较面对、回避及屈服均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论与正常人的心理健康状况比较,慢性湿疹患者的状况明显较差,加强对其心理健康状况的重视,对进一步研究慢性湿疹疾病的发病原因、治疗方法及疾病的预后均具有非常重要的意义。

Objective To survey and analyse the mental health of patients with chronic eczema. Methods All 52 patients with chronic eczema in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2011 were included the observe group,52 cases healthy people as the control group. The survey on the mental health were done with the mental health symptom checklist （SCL-90）,and the scale indicators of two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group,somatization,depression,anxiety,additional factor scores and the psychotic score in the observation group were much higher,and there were significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.There were no significant difference in compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,hostility,terror and paranoia between the two groups （P〉O.05）. There were significant differences of face,avoiding and yield between observe group and normal group （P〈O.05）. Conclusion Compared with normal mental health situation of the healthy,the situation is worse in patients with chronic eczema. So pay much attention on the mental health situation of the patients with chronic eczema is very important for further study of the pathogenesis,treatment and prognosis for chronic eczema.
