胫骨平台内翻角的测量分析与临床研究

Clinical Study and Measure on In-over Angle of Tibial Plateau

目的探讨国人胫骨平台内翻角的测量角度,为股骨假体的外旋放置角度提供更为准确的参考。方法 300例来我院体检的成年健康志愿者作为研究对象,采用短距离膝踝2次曝光法获得CT摄片影像学资料,采用Auto-CAD 2007测量PT角和FT角。结果本组研究对象PT角在4°左右,FT角在5°左右。与Cooke组和Morelander组比较,均显著大于国外参考值(P<0.05)。结论国人一般可考虑以FT角即5°作为股骨假体的外旋放置角度,当然,由于地域的差异,相关数据还需要得到进一步积累和完善。

Objective To explore the in-over angle of tibial plateau of Chinese, and provide more exactly guidance for taking extor sion angle of thighbone prosthesis. Methods Three hundred cases of healthy and elder person as studied object, were given CT scan of short knee ankle 2 times exposure method, and measure the PT angle and FT angle with Auto-CAD 2007. Results PT angle was 4° and FT angle was 5° more or less, compare with Cooke group and Morelander group, it showed significant enlargement（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese could consider FT angle as taking extorsion angle of thighbone prosthesis. Of course, because of the difference of zones, related data are still need accumulation and imnrovement further.
