中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变30例

30 Cases of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Treated with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

目的比较丹红注射液联合中药通脉活血方和甲钴胺注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法将60例糖尿病周围神经病变的患者随机分为对照组(甲钴胺组30例)和治疗组(中西医结合组30例)。治疗组给予中药通脉活血方,每日2次,每次100 mL,丹红注射液20 mL加入生理盐水250 mL中静脉滴注;对照组给予甲钴胺注射液静脉滴注,每日1次。两组疗程均为4周。结果两组患者治疗后总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均能改善运动神经传导速度(P<0.05或P<0.01),但治疗组改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效确切,且优于纯西医治疗组。

Objective To compare the efficacy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)between the combined therapy of danhong injection and tongmai huoxue formula and mecobalamin injection.Methods 60 cases of DPN were divided randomly into a control group(mecobalamin group,30 cases)and a treatment group(integrated medicine group,30 cases).In treatment group,tongmai huoxue formula was taken,twice a day,100 mL each time;and intravenous infusion was done with danhong injection 20 mL adding into physiological saline 250 mL.In control group,mecobalamin injection was used for intravenous infusion,once per day.The course of treatment was 4 weeks in either group.Results The total effective rate presented significant difference after treatment between two groups(P<0.05).The nerve conduction velocity was improved in either group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but the improvement in treatment group was better than that in control group,presenting statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated Chinese and western medicine achieves a definite efficacy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which is superior to simple western medicine.
