摘要 在中国风电迅猛发展和大规模接入电网的背景下,结合风电运行特性和电网安全需求,提出了大规模风电接入电网后水电年度运行方式的制定原则和原理,建立了考虑水电调峰对风电消纳贡献的水电运行调度数学模型。以东北电网桓仁水电厂为例,模拟计算了典型来水方式下的水电运行方式,计算结果表明该方法有利于提高电网的清洁能源消纳比例。 In the background of rapid wind power development and its large-scale integration into the power grid in China,combining the wind power operating characteristic and the power grid safety demand,a principle of hydropower annual operation mode is proposed in the large-scale wind power integration.The mathematical model of hydropower operation and dispatching is established by considering the contribution of hydropower peak load regulation for the wind power integration.Taking Huairen Hydropower Plant in the Northeast China power grid as an example,the hydropower annual operation modes are calculated for different water incoming modes.The simulation results show that the method is beneficial for increasing the ratio of allowable clean energy in the power grid.
