试论高等职业教育产与学的对称管理

On the Symmetric Management of Higher Vocation Education

面对现实问题,从理论与实践方面来看,高等职业教育产与学的对称管理是必要的、重要的,同时,也是具有可行性的。为此,学校、企业以及政府就要各尽其责,立足学生,面向社会,充分发挥高等职业教育的功能,促进高等职业教育产与学的对称管理,促使高等职业学校、企业以及社会能够和谐发展。

Higher vocation education plays an important role in today＇s society,at the same time,it plays invaluable role.So the management problem of production and education in the higher vocation education also appears especially prominent and urgent.Facing the real problem,from the theoretical and practical terms,we must know that symmetric management of the higher vocation education is necessary,important and feasible.Therefore,schools,enterprises and government should do their duties,base on the students,face to the society,and give full play to the function of the higher vocation education to promote the symmetric management of higher vocation education and make the higher vocation schools,businesses and the community develop harmoniously.
