摘要
以炭纤维无维布与网胎叠层针刺而成的整体毡为预制体,采用化学气相渗透法制备C/C复合材料,利用MM-1000型惯性试验台研究该材料在干态和CD 15W-40柴油机油润滑状态下的室温摩擦磨损性能,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)、偏光显微镜以及三维显微镜观察分析该材料的结构形貌、摩擦表面形貌和磨屑形貌。结果表明:C/C复合材料在干态和油润滑状态下的摩擦因数分别为0.32和0.09,静盘线性磨损分别为1.1μm/次和0.6μm/次;C/C复合材料在油润滑态下的摩擦曲线响应时间短,无拖尾,具有良好的摩擦磨损性能;C/C复合材料呈亲油性,在油润滑状态下摩擦面形成油膜,摩擦磨损机理由干态下的磨粒磨损转变为部分流体润滑。
The preform of composites were needled by non-weave yarn carbon cloth and deposited by chemical infiltration method.The tribological behaviors of the composite in dry condition and in machine oil lubricating state were evaluated respectively using an MM-1000 friction and wear tester;and SEM,PLOM,OM were used to investigate the microstructure,the worn surface morphologies of the composites and the morphology of wear debris.The results show that the friction coefficient is 0.32 in dry condition and is 0.09 in oil lubricating state,respectively;the wear rate in dry condition is 1.1 μm each time and 0.6 μm each time in oil lubricating state;the Response time of the friction curve of the C/C composites in oil lubricating state is short and no tail,which is called good friction and wear properties;the oil film is formed on the friction surface of the lipo-philia C/C composites,which made the friction and wear mechanism of the C/C composites changed from abrasive wear action to partially of lubrication.
