直肠乙状结肠部分切除联合直肠固定术治疗成人完全型直肠脱垂

Effect of the transabdominal posterior rectopexy with resection of the partial rectosigmoid colon on adult rectal prolapse

目的探讨成人完全型直肠脱垂采用直肠乙状结肠部分切除联合直肠固定术的手术疗效。方法2006—2011年，收治的6例成人完全型直肠脱垂患者，采用直肠乙状结肠部分切除联合直肠固定术进行手术治疗。结果6例患者全部治愈，术后平均住院时间为13．7d，随访3—61个月，无复发病例。结论直肠乙状结肠部分切除联合直肠固定术治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂疗效确切、满意。该术式不仅可以治疗直肠本身以及乙状结肠病变，而且可以改善肠功能，减少术后复发。

Objective To explore the effect of transabdominal posterior rectopexy with resection of the partial rectosigmoid colon on adult rectal prolapse. Methods During the 2006 to 2011, transabdominal posterior rectopexy with resection of the partial rectosigmoid colon was performed on 6 selected adult patients with complete rectal prolapse. Results All patients were cured, the inedian length of hospital stay was 13.7 days. Followed up for 3 -61 months, there was no recurrent case. Conclusions The operation offers a safe and effective alternative to other more complex procedures for the treatment of adult rectal prolapse. The procedure can not only treat the rectosigmoid disease, but also improve the rectosigmoid disease, improve the function of bowel and reduce the recurrence rate.
