Target Identification and Encrypted Transmission Based on Smart Camera

提出用一种以DSP为硬件核心的智能数字网络摄像机Smart Camera取代传统摄像机。它能够在对监控图像进行目标识别及其信息提取的同时,将特征信息经过RSA加密后通过网络传输,并可根据后方PC机的远程控制,给出不同的报警需求,实现了摄像机的智能化、数字化、网络化以及多用途。

In this paper, an intelligent digital net camera based on DSP, Smart Camera ,is proposed to replace the traditional camera. This kind of camera can not only identify the target and extract its information,but also transmit the specific information through network after RSA encrypting at the same time as well. According to the different needs from the PC remote control, Smart Camera can give different preventives to achieve multi - purpose and intelligent, digital, network of camera.
