摘要
研究了抗菌肽BF2-A/B的抗菌活性及其他的生物活性。两个肽均具有很强的广谱抗菌活性,BF2-B对细菌的抑菌活性比BF2-A强,它们没有体外溶血活性。BF2-A几乎没有细胞毒性,而BF2-B在100μg/mL时,能抑制大约20%的肿瘤细胞生长。两个肽均能结合脂多糖,中和内毒素,BF2-B与脂多糖的亲和结合力比BF2-A强。BF2-A/B经胃蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶处理后,抗菌活力都略有下降,而经蛋白酶K处理一段时间后,就完全丧失了抗菌活性。
The biological activities of antimicrobial peptides BF2-A/B had been studied. Both peptides showed powerful antimicrobial activities against a broad spectrum of microorganisms. The activity against bacteria of BF2-B was stronger than that of BF2-A. They didn’t display hemolytic activity. BF2-A was practically non-toxic,moreover,BF2-B exhibited about 20% of cytotoxicity at 100μg/mL. Both peptides could bind to lipopoysaccharide with relatively different affinities. BF2-B exhibited a higher binding affinity for LPS than BF2-A. After the treatment by pepsin and trypsin,the antimicrobial activities of BF2-A/B only decreased slightly. However,after the treatment by proteinase K for a while,BF2-A/B completely lost their activities.
