响应面法优化微波辅助提取锁阳儿茶素的工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用微波辅助技术进行锁阳儿茶素提取,利用响应面法对其工艺进行优化。通过单因素实验确定因素与水平,以儿茶素含量为考察指标,应用Box-Behnken设计3因素3水平实验,依据回归分析确定最优提取工艺条件。结果表明,微波辅助提取锁阳儿茶素的优化工艺条件为:提取时间13.3min,液料比13.6∶1(mL/g),微波功率208.5W。采用该工艺条件,提取的儿茶素含量为3.82mg/g,与预测理论值的相对标准偏差为0.18%。 Microwave-assisted extraction was applied for catechin extraction from Cynomorium songaricum. Based on the single factor experiment,the response surface method with three factors at three levels was adopted according to the Box-Behnken design. Content of catechin was used as response value,the factors of optimum conditions for the extraction were determined by regression analysis of response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimal catechin extraction process conditions were obtained by microwave-assisted extraction as follows:extraction time was 13. 3min,liquid-solid ratio was 13. 6∶ 1(mL/g),and microwave power was 208. 5W. Under the optimum conditions,the extraction content of catechin was 3. 82mg/g,with relative standard deviation 0. 18% compared with theoretical value.
