癌症是威胁人类生命的头等杀手,目前恶性肿瘤的药物治疗中是以化学药品为主,随着生物技术的发展,生物转化抗肿瘤药物的研究受到越来越多的关注。主要介绍了生物转化植物抗肿瘤药物在生物碱、皂苷、黄酮、萜类和甾体类化合物等方面的研究进展,并对生物转化植物抗肿瘤药物的发展进行了展望。

Cancer is the top killer to human,the current treatment of malignant tumors are mainly by chemical drugs,with the development of biotechnology,biotransformation of antitumor agents are get more and more attention. The progress in the areas of the biological conversion of plant antitumor drugs,such as the alkaloids,saponins,flavonoids,terpenoids and steroids were introduced,and biological transformation of plant development of anticancer drugs was reviewed.
