摘要 α-葡萄糖苷酶是工业生产低聚异麦芽糖的关键酶,应用领域较广,目前α-葡萄糖苷酶有大肠杆菌、酵母等表达系统,但酵母表达系统表达α-葡萄糖苷酶更具有显著的优势。层析是分离纯化α-葡萄糖苷酶的重要途径。概述了α-葡萄糖苷酶及其异源表达、分离纯化的最新研究进展,以便为该酶的深入研究和应用提供借鉴作用。 α-glucosidase was the key enzyme preparation to industrial production of Isomaltooligosaccharides,and its application field was extensive. The currently expression system used for the expression of α-glucosidase were E. coli yeast cells and other expression systems. The yeast expression system had more significant advantages. Chromatography was a important way for the isolation and purification of α-glucosidase. α-glucosidase and heterogenous expression,separation and purification of the latest research progress of the enzyme in prokaryotic expression systems and eukaryotic expression systems were summarized,which provided some reference for further investigations and application of this enzyme.
