摘要
针对玉米湿磨生产工艺用水量大的问题,从整体工艺和部分工艺改造两方面入手,介绍了一些实际有效的节水技术。如老浆投料、干法投料、泵群冷却水自循环、蛋白虹吸水回用、冷凝水回用技术。这些技术的应用,不仅可以降低水的消耗,还可以降低生产过程中干物质的损失,减少环境污染,提高经济效益,为国内淀粉生产的节水技术发展提供了理论依据。
In view of the large water consumption problem of the corn wet-milling manufacturing technique,some actual and effectively water-saving technologies were presented in the article from renovating the overall and some parts of the technology. For example,putting the corn with steep water,the drying way of putting into the corn,some pumps cooling water circulate system,protein siphon water recycle technology,the condensation water recycle technology. These technologies not only reduced the water consumption,but also reduced the loss of dry matter in the processing,reduced the environmental pollution and increased the economic efficiency. It provided that the academic foundation for the development of water-saving technology in our country.
