After-school child care in China's Mainland has formed a diversified mode of operation after 20 years of development, but the problems exposed behind the prosperity should not be ignored. From the perspective of comparative analysis, the study about the differences and deeper reason of custody education between China and America education can provide some useful experiences, that is clarifying the position of custody education and improving the system construction are the important choice to solve the problems of custody education in China at this stage.
