摘要
在社会主义文化建设与发展格局中,文化部门不仅承担着繁重的艺术生产、艺术管理和艺术科研任务,也承担着繁重的艺术社会教育、艺术职业教育和高层次艺术人才的培养任务;是艺术教育的承担者,也是其最大受益领域。艺术学学科升为门类会带来某些协调管理环节的直接变化,甚至艺术生产力更大解放的深刻社会影响。我们一定要充分认识艺术学升格为学科门类的意义和价值,转变发展观念,抓住发展机遇,拓展人才培养渠道,努力把工作做得更加扎实有效,更加符合艺术发展的本质要求、人民群众的迫切愿望和民族复兴的根本利益。当前,人们的生活方式、审美观念和艺术诉求发生着剧烈变化,但是人类与艺术的基本关系没有变,艺术存在的基本规律没有变,广大艺术家旺盛的创造热情及对艺术的高度审美追求没有变,人民群众对艺术生活需求的不断增长的总体态势没有变。艺术生活、领域、人才的变化,都对艺术教育和艺术理论研究提出了更高、更紧迫的要求。对于艺术学升格为学科门类,我们必须把握机遇,乘势而上。同时,也必须面对诸多挑战,一是扩容后原有的学科关系将发生深刻变化,如何准确地把握这些变化,为广大艺术工作者提供规范、严谨和清晰的知识路线图,不仅极为重要而且非常复杂;二是人才培养渠道和学科框架拓宽以后,必须有待广大艺术工作者长期的辛勤耕耘,必须有待一大批经得起时间检验的拔尖人才和精品力作脱颖而出,必须有待社会的普遍认可和国内外艺术界的认同;三是艺术学学科门类独立以后,更要求我们系统总结基本规律,加强艺术理论建设,敏锐捕捉前沿领域深刻变化,迅速夯实学科基础,切实推进艺术学科建设跃上一个新台阶。在当前和以后的艺术学学科建设、发展过程中,我们一是要充分提高认识,从落实科学发展观和转变文化发展方式的高度来看待学科升格;二要切实采取措施,把艺术学升格为学科门类的总体安排分解为各项具体有效的工作抓手;三要尊重规律,潜心研究,以求真务实的精神认真夯实艺术学学科建设的基础;四要立足前沿,兼收并蓄,把握学科交叉融合的趋势,以开放的态度推动艺术学学科建设。只要我们认清机遇,正视挑战,群策群力,奋发有为,就一定能实现艺术学学科建设的稳步迈进,迎来艺术学科欣欣向荣、艺术人才奔涌而出、艺术理论研究硕果累累的美好明天。
In the overall development state, cultural department not only charges for art production, management, and academic tasks, but also bears a responsibility of cultivating qualified personnel through art social education, vocation education. It is the undertaker of art education, and the greatest beneficial field of art education. It not only brings a few direct changes, but also exerts great impact upon society. Therefore, experts and scholars in art circle, and manager workers in all levels of administrative departments, must fully recognize the significance and value of upgrading art science to a subject. We should change our minds, capture the development opportunities, and expand the channels of cultivating qualified personnel. Currently, there are great changes in people's daily life, aesthetic conception, and art request. However, neither the basic relationship between human and art nor fundamental law of art existence changes. Many artists remain enthusiastic in pursuing art and aesthetics. In the context of upgrading of art science, we must grasp the opportunity and then could confront challenges. Firstly, how could we accurately comprehend trans- formations taking place in disciplinary relations? This could be a much complex and significant problem. Secondly, art workers must endeavor to cultivate qualified personnel and make efforts to create masterpieces in hope of attaining acknowledgement national and international. Thirdly, we should further systematically conclude basic principles of art, and strengthen, the theoretic construction of art. As regards to the disciplinary construction and development course, in my opinion, we should fully promote our recognition and consider the disciplinary upgrade of art science in a way of transforming cultural development.
