银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗脑梗死临床观察

Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule in treating patients with cerebral infarction

目的观察银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选择长治医学院附属和济医院神经内科自2009年10月至2011年3月收治的住院患者108例，按照随机数字表法分为2组，治疗组56例，对照组52例。2组均应用O．9％氯化钠注射液250mL、疏血通注射液6mL静点．1次／d。治疗组加服银丹心脑通软胶囊3粒／次，3次／d，疗程2周。观察2组患者临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分情况及治疗前后有关实验室指标的变化。结果治疗组总有效例数46例，总有效率82．14％；对照组总有效例数27例，总有效率51．92％；差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组治疗后有关实验室指标均优于对照组，神经功能缺损评分亦明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论银丹心脑通软胶囊可通过降低全血黏度，改善血液循环，加速血栓溶解达到有效治疗脑梗死的目的。

Objective To observe the effect of Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule in treating patients with cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and eight patients with cerebral infarction, admitted to our hospital from October 2009 to March 2011, were chosen and randomly divided into treatment group （n=56） and control group （n=52）. The 250 mL 0.9% sodium chloride injection and 5 mL Shuxuetong injection were intravenously injected once daily. Patients from treatment group were also given Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule 3 time daily and 3 capsules each time for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy, scores of neurological deficit scale and relative laboratory indicators before and after the treatment were noted and compared between the 2 groups. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 82.14% （45/56）, and that of control group was 51.92% （27/52）; significant difference was noted between the 2 groups （P〈0.05）. Significantly good results in the relative laboratory indicators of treatment group are observed as compared with those of control group （P〈0.05）; scores of neurological deficit scale in the treatment groups are obviously lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule can effectively treat the patients with cerebral infarction by decreasing the whole blood viscosity, improving the blood circulation and speeding up the thrombolysis in these patients.
