摘要 缺血缺氧性脑损伤是严重危害人类健康和生活质量的一类疾病。利用间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells ,MSCs)替代原来受损或功能缺陷的中枢神经组织治疗神经系统疾病目前已成为颇具潜力的治疗方法。MSCs具有获取方便、易于分离培养和扩增纯化、体外反复传代仍能保持多分化潜能的特点,且遗传背景稳定,
