高温胁迫对菜心农艺性状的影响 被引量:15

摘要 以4个耐热性存在差异的菜心品种(系)作材料,在盛夏高温和非高温季节种植并测定和分析这些菜心材料的产量及农艺性状,以期发现一些与耐热性相关的农艺性状。研究结果表明,高温胁迫下耐热性强的菜心材料产量明显高于耐热性弱的菜心材料,具有较高的生物量、薹质量、薹粗、薹叶数和植株最大开展度等农艺性状。相关性分析表明,高温胁迫下菜心的产量与生物量和薹质量呈极显著正相关,与薹粗、植株最大开展度、薹叶数、最大叶片长和最大叶片的叶柄长呈显著性相关,与株高、基叶数、薹高、最大叶片宽和最大叶片叶柄的宽度相关程度低。因此,可考虑将生物量和薹质量作为评价菜心耐热性强弱的关键农艺性状指标,将薹粗、植株最大开展度、薹叶数、最大叶片的长和最大叶片的叶柄长作为次级农艺性状指标。 Taking four flowering Chinese cabbage cultivars with different heat tolerance as materials,the yields and agronomic traits of the cultivars planting in the high temperature season and in autumn were measured and analyzed,to find out the agronomic traits related to the heat tolerance.The results showed that the yields of the heat tolerant genotypes were significant higher than that of the heat sensitive genotype under the heat stress condition,and they had higher biomass and stalk weight,larger plant diameter and stalk diameter,and more stalk leaves.The correlation analysis showed that the yields under the heat stress condition were very significantly correlated with the biomass and stalk weight(P0.01),and significantly correlated with the stalk diameter,plant diameter,numbers of stalk leaves,length of the largest leaf and its petiole(P0.05),but no significant correlation was observed among the yield and the traits of plant height,stalk height,numbers of basal leaves,width of the largest leaf and its petiole.Therefore the biomass and stalk weight of flowering Chinese cabbage could be considered as key evaluation indicators for heat tolerance,and the stalk diameter,plant diameter,numbers of stalk leaves,length of the largest leaf and its petiole could be considered as secondary evaluation indicators.
