摘要
寡聚酸碘为氨基寡糖素与碘络合形成的新型的生物杀菌剂。以0.5%氨基寡糖素和2%菌克毒克水剂为对照药剂,评价不同浓度20%寡聚酸碘对辣椒病毒病的田间防治效果。试验结果表明,在辣椒病毒病发病后,喷施20%寡聚酸碘、0.5%氨基寡糖素水剂和2%菌克毒克(宁南霉素)水剂对辣椒病毒病均有一定的抑制作用。其中以20%寡聚酸碘1 000倍液和1 500倍液效果最好,与0.5%氨基寡糖素500倍液及20%寡聚酸碘3 000倍液处理差异显著,且能显著促进作物生长。
The effective component of iodine oligosaccharide acids is amino-oligosaccharin and iodine.The efficiency of different concentration of 20% iodine oligosaccharide acids against hot pepper virus disease was evaluated,taking 0.5% amino-oligosaccharin and 2% ningnanmycin water agent as control.The results showed that spaying 20% iodine oligosaccharide acids,0.5% amino-oligosaccharin or 2% ningnanmycin water agent could inhibit the development of hot pepper virus disease after the disease had happened.And the 1 000 times and 2 000 times diluted solution of 20% iodine oligosaccharide acids had the best control efficiency,and they could promote the growth of hot pepper significantly,the control efficiency of which had significant difference with the 500 times diluted solution of 0.5% amino-oligosaccharin and the 3 000 times diluted solution of 20% iodine oligosaccharide acids(P0.05).
