摘要
目的:分析糖尿病患者发生低血糖时心肌酶谱的变化,探讨低血糖对糖尿病患者心脏的损害。方法:选择并发低血糖的糖尿病患者68例,测量所有研究对象的心肌酶谱、血糖。结果:发生低血糖后,心肌酶谱明显升高,观察组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);低血糖与心肌损伤显著相关。结论:低血糖会诱发心脏病变。在治疗过程中应密切观察血糖,避免低血糖对心脏造成损害。
Objective To explore the influence of hypoglycemia to myocardial damage by studying the changes of myocardial enzymogram in diabetic patients with hypoglycemia.Method Sixty-eight hospitalized patients of hypoglycemia were selected,plasma glucose,CK,CK-MB,LDH and AST were detected in all the subjects.Results The levels of myocardial enzymogram were significantly higher after hypoglycemia,there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Hypoglycemia was positively correlated with myocardial injury.Conclusion Hypoglycemia will induce myocardial injury.Blood glucose should be observed closely during the treatment.
