摘要
以江西省浮梁县为例,在GIS的支持下,充分考虑建设用地的工程地质要求和社会、经济、自然、生态等条件,利用定性、定量相结合的方式,构建建设用地适宜性评价因子体系,对浮梁县的建设用地适宜性进行综合评价,并对浮梁县建设用地的规划和管理提出针对性的建议。结果表明,优质的建设用地面积为78384.55公顷,占全县总面积的27.49%,主要分布在浮梁县西南部、东部和北部部分地区,可以作为土地规划和城市规划中城镇工矿及农村建设用地选址的优先区域。勉强适宜和不适宜作为建设用地的土地达到了72.51%,这些区域的环境条件和社会经济基础条件还不太适宜,在短期内用地效益还难以显化。
In this paper,both qualitative and quantitative way were used to build Construction Land evaluation factor system in Fuliang county of Jiangxi province based on GIS after full consideration of construction land of the engineering geological requirements and the social,economic,natural,ecological and other conditions.Therefore,it was made of land comprehensive suitability evaluation of the construction land,it was suggested of targeted recommendations of planning and management of land construction in Fuliang County.The results showed that the best construction land was 78,384.55 hectares,accounting for 27.49% the total area of the county,mainly in the southwest,eastern and northern parts of the land of Fuliang County.Such area was the priority areas of town planning,urban planning and rural construction.Marginally suitable and unsuitable Construction land had reached 72.51 percent and it was difficult to manifest because the regional environmental conditions and socio-economic foundation were not yet suitable land in the short term.
