基于滩涂资源生态保护的江苏沿海港口群开发模式研究——以盐城港口群开发为例

Study on the Development Models of Jiangsu Coastal Ports based on Ecological Protection of Seabeach Resources

随着江苏沿海开发战略的深入实施,沿海滩涂资源将成为沿海大开发的重要平台。本文以江苏沿海腹地的盐城市滩涂资源和港口群开发为例,基于沿海滩涂生态环境及沿海港口开发与利用现状,从港口节点地区环境压力、滩涂湿地和生物多样性、海岸生物资源、自然保护区等四个方面分析了沿海港口开发对滩涂生态环境的影响,并从滩涂资源生态保护的视角出发,提出了点式、片式、点—线—片式、纵深式港口开发模式。

With the deepening of Jiangsu coastal development strategy,seabeach resources will become an important platform for marine exploitation.In this paper,taking seabeach resources and ports development of Yancheng located in Jiangsu coastal hinterland for example,based on the beaches ecological environment,ports development and utilization status,the impact of ports development on the ecological environment of seabeach was analyzed,including as following aspects： the environmental pressure of port joint areas,seabeach wetlands and biodiversity,coastal biological resources,natural reserve,and from the perspective of seabeach ecological protection,the paper presented point,slice,point-line-chip,in-depth model of ports development.
