广西宜州市农耕区啮齿动物多样性调查

Primary Survey on rodent diversity in Farming areas of Yizhou,Guangxi

2010年9月至2010年11月,采用夹夜法对宜州市农耕区啮齿动物进行了初步调查。野外共布夹1839个,共捕获啮齿动物105只,捕获率为5.71%,隶属于2目2科,分别为黄胸鼠、小家鼠、褐家鼠、灰麝、板齿鼠、大足鼠和针毛鼠,所占比例分别为34.28%、32.38%、20%、11.43%、5.71%、2.86%、2.86%,多样性和均匀性指数H=0.7354、E=0.3781;对啮齿类进行生物量和肥满度分析表明:板齿鼠的肥满度最大,针毛鼠的肥满度最小。

From September to November 2010,we used night trapping method to investigate rodents composition in farming areas of Yizhou,Guangxi.1839 rat traps were placed and 105 rodents were captured,the capture rate was 5.71%,these seven species belonged to two Family and two Order,including Rattus tanezumi,Mus musculus,Rattus norvegicus,Crocidura attenuata,Bandicota indica,Rattus nitidus and Rattus fulvescens.every species proportion was 34.28%,32.38%,20%,11.43% and 5.71%,2.86%,2.86%.The diversity and evenness index was H=0.7354、E=0.3781,we also analyzed rodents fatness and biomass： Bandicota fatness was maximum and fulvescens Fatness minimum.
