中国近代物理学家张贻惠

Zhang Yihui: The Physicist's Life, Achievement, and Thought

张贻惠是中国近代著名物理学家、教育家。他对北京师范大学、西北大学及北平大学工学院以及中国物理学会的建设和发展做出积极的贡献;他还为统一度量衡工作做出积极的努力,同时他也积极的投身科学普及工作,翻译并出版科普书籍。张贻惠是中国近现代教育史上的重要人物,目前,学界对张贻惠的研究相对较少且不够深入。本文对张贻惠的生平简历、科学成就及其思想进行了研究。这一研究对中国近现代物理学史研究以及中国20世纪上半叶高等教育史研究具有一定的意义。

Zhang yihui is a famous physicist and educator in the modern history of China. He makes a contribution to theconstruction and development of The Chinese Physical Society, Beijing Normal University, Northwestern University and PekingUniversity Institute of Technology; he also makes efforts to unify weights and measures, at the same time, he joins the work ofscience popularization and translates and publishes the work 'The Universe and Its Evolution'. Zhang yihui is a very importantperson in the history of modern Chinese education, but in our country, there are few people to research him and their works are notdeep enough. This paper studies Zhang Yihui's experiences, scientific achievements and thoughts. The systematic study of Zhangyihui will have special significance on the history of modern Chinese physics and the history of university education.
