感应耦合电能传输系统中整流电路的研究

A study of rectifier circuit in inductive coupled power transfer system

摘要 设计了感应耦合电能传输系统与二极管整流及同步整流电路,并针对输出低电压大电流的情况,分析了整流电路的效率。通过对实验电路进行对比测试,验证了系统效果。测试结果表明,在感应耦合电能传输系统中应用同步整流技术,系统效率得到显著提高。 This paper designs an ICPTS with diode rectifier circuit and synchronous rectifier circuit, analyzes the efficiency of the rectifier circuit in low voltage high current output cases. By comparative testing of an experimental circuit, the effectiveness of the system has been verified. Test results indicate that, by using of synchronous rectification technique in an ICPTS, the efficiency of the system has been increased markedly.
