摘要
从本体热稳定性、复配热稳定性、去污漂白效果、洗涤护色效果以及杀菌效果等5个方面对过氧化硫酸钠和过碳酸钠进行对比。结果表明,恒温干燥箱中(100±2)℃条件下过氧化硫酸钠4 h的分解率为1.18%,优于包裹型过碳酸钠的分解率12.22%;恒温干燥箱中(55±2)℃条件下复配过氧化硫酸钠的洗衣粉基粉在强化试验2周后过氧化氢的分解率为7.73%,同样条件下复配过碳酸钠的洗衣粉基粉的过氧化氢分解率为90.63%;相同条件下二者对标准污布的去污漂白效果相当,前者对市售彩布的洗涤护色效果和对细菌的灭杀效果均优于后者。
Sodium persulfate (SPS) and sodium percarbonate (SPC) were comparatively studied with respect to thermal stability of the material itself, thermal stability after formulation, detergency and bleaching efficacy, color care efficacy and bactericidal effect. Results indicated that,under (100±2) ℃ in electric oven for 4 h, decomposition rate of hydrogen peroxide in SPS is 1.18% ,which is better than that of coated SPC 12. 22% ; when formulated in laundry powder, under (55 ± 2) ℃ in electric oven for two weeks, decomposition rate of hydrogen peroxide in SPS is 7.73%, which is much better than that of coated SPC 90. 63% ; under same conditions,performance with respect to detergency and bleaching efficacy of SPS and coated SPC are similar while SPS displays better result than that of coated SPC with respect to color care efficacy and bactericidal effect.
