摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中羟基喹啉的含量。色谱条件为:Kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.,5μm),流动相为V(甲醇):V(0.01 mol/L癸烷磺酸钠溶液(磷酸调pH=2.25))=62:38的混合溶液,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长240 nm,柱温25℃,进样量20μL。结果表明,该方法的检出限为2.254μg/g,线性范围为1.0~100.0μg/mL,回收率为95.5%~100.1%,RSD为0.07%~2.18%。
A reversed -phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination of hydroxyquinoline in cosmetics. The determination process was carried out on a Kromasil C18 column,using a mixture composed of methanol and 0.01 mol/L aqueous solution of sodium decyl sulfonate with pH adjusted to 2. 25 by phosphoric acid at a volume ratio of 62:38 as mobile phase for isocratic elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was 25℃. Detection was carried out at 240 nm. The limit of detection is 2. 254 ug/g. The linear plot ranges between 1.0 and 100. 0 ug,/mL. Average spiked recoveries are 95.5% - 100. 1% with the relative standard deviations of 0. 07% - 2. 18%.
