通过对洗衣粉生产工艺和产污类型的分析,得出了洗衣粉项目环境影响评价中工程分析的6个要点。同时,以某公司新建洗衣粉项目为例,在分析洗衣粉生产工艺流程的基础上,进行了详细的工程分析,找出了生产过程中的主要产污环节,确定了各环节的排污类型与强度,并分析了项目所采取的环保措施可行性以及污染物排放达标情况等问题。

Six main sections of engineering analysis in environmental impact assessment for a laundry powder production project were concluded through the study of laundry powder production process and types of pollution emitted. Meanwhile, taking a new laundry powder production project as an example, based upon the analysis of its production process, detailed engineering analysis was carried out and main pollution emission links were found out with their pollution type and intensity identified. The feasibility for environmental protection measures taken by the project as well as the achievement of the pollution control measures was discussed.
