全口径中国文化产业投入产出效率研究——基于三阶段DEA模型和超效率DEA模型的分析

Research on China's Cultural Industries' Input-Output Efficiency under the Whole Scope Angle

本文利用第二次经济普查数据,应用三阶段DEA和超效率DEA模型对我国31个省份2008年文化产业投入产出效率进行了分析。研究发现:我国各省份文化产业投入产出效率受环境因素影响较大;西部地区文化产业投入产出效率受环境影响程度要大于东部和中部地区;导致文化产业投入产出效率低下的原因主要是规模效率低下,且大部分省区处于规模报酬递增阶段;我国大部分省份文化产业投入产出效率较低;文化产业投入产出有效的省份也存在较大差别。根据分析结果,本文提出了提高文化产业投入产出效率的建议。

The paper makes use of the second economic census and three-stage and super-efficiency DEA model to analysis the cultural industries＇ efficiency among 31 provinces of China in 2008. The results show that the cultural industry efficiencies are affected by enviromental factors remarkably. The west area＇s efficiency is affected by environmental factors more evidently than that of the central area and the east area. Low cultural industries＇ efficiency is caused by scale efficiency and increasing aondition of clmost all provinces＇ scale. The cultural industries＇ efficiencies in most provinces are low. Also, the efficiencies in provinces that are efficiency are different. According to the results, in order to enhance the cultural industry＇s effi- ciency, some advises are prposed.
