In order to facilitate the conversion of the generating pattern of combat ellectiveness, tins paper discusses the way to cultivate high - quality military talents of the new - type. It is emphasized that the cultivation of the military talents exerts an important influence on the combat effectiveness in the future wars. Based on our experiences, we point out some problems that need further investigation in the cultivation of military talents in military academies.
