学员队干部作为学校基层建设的主要支柱,对以人才培养为中心的各项工作落实有重要作用。牢固树立科学发展理念,努力为全面培养学员综合素质提供坚强保障,应进一步提高思想认识,着力把握好提高能力素质与增强事业心责任感的关系、在位与尽责的关系、管住学员与管好学员的关系、打基础与有特色的关系以及争取个人进步、提高物质待遇与安心工作的关系。

As the main support of the construction in the grass root level, the leaders of the cadet detachment play the key role in all respects of the work centered on the core of the cultivation of military talents. We should cherish the idea of scientific development in order to provide strong support for the cultivation of talents.
