摘要
一年一度的学员分配工作将在七月份展开,在组织指令性分配之前,学员队对于学员的分配意向作摸底调查和分析研究是学员队党支部一项重要工作,它与毕业生的切身利益和发展前途密切相关,也是毕业生价值体系的重要组成部分。对于即将走出大学校门的毕业生来讲,分配既是机遇又是挑战,它考验着每一个青年学员,同时,作为教学管理工作的收官之作,从一定程度上,也是学员队四年工作好坏的综合体现。因而,将毕业学员的分配意向和组织需求的矛盾性进行分析,并有针对性地提出可行的对策,及早地做好前期工作,对于学员队的安全稳定及各项工作的顺利开展,显得尤为重要。
The annual assignment of students begins in July. Before the mandatory assignment of the organization, the cadet detachments usually make thorough investigations and analyses, of the cadets' intention. It is not only closely related to the cadets' vital interests and their future development, but also an important part of the graduated value system. For the graduated cadets, job assignment is both an opportunity and a challenge, testing every young student. Meanwhile, as a wrap - up of teaching management, to a certain extent, it is also a comprehensive reflection of the four - year - detachment work. Thus, it is very important for security and stability of the detachment and the smooth development of the work to analyse contradictions between the intention of the graduated cadets for their job placement and the organization' s needs, and put forward practical measures.
