摘要
实验研究了在3003铝合金板坯连续铸轧过程中于前箱施加超声,给其带坯的显微组织、微观形貌、中心层偏析和力学性能的影响。实验结果显示,在前箱施加超声振动后,带坯的晶粒细化程度与添加细化剂效果相同,但晶粒形状和分布更均匀,带坯的中心层偏析程度大幅减弱,综合力学性能得到了提升。
By exerting ultrasound in the former tank during continuous casting process of 3003 aluminum plate, the effects of ultrasound on the microstructure, morphology, central layer segregation and mechanical properties of the plate were studied. The results indicate that under the condition of exerting ultrasound in the former tank,the level of grain refinement is the same as the plate adding refiner, but the grain's shape and distribution is more uniform, the segregation of the central layer is significantly reduced, and the mechanical properties are increased.
