摘要
利用ADAMS软件对小锥角弧齿锥齿轮脱模过程进行分析。结果表明,弧齿锥齿轮能顺利脱模,在开始阶段,脱模所需要的力最大。在其它参数不变的情况下,随着压力角的增大,脱模力减小;随着螺旋角的增大,脱模力增大;随着齿宽的增大,脱模力增大。
The stripping process of small cone angle spiral bevel gear was analyzed by ADAMS software. The results indicate that the spiral bevel gear can smoothly be put out from the cavity and the required force is biggest when it is beginning. Under the condition of other parameters invariable, with the increase of the pressure angle, the stripping force decreases; with the increase of spiral Angle, the stripping force increases; with the increase of teeth width, the stripping force increases.
