摘要
锻压生产过程中热锻模承受热负荷与机械负荷,锻压设备通过自身能量的大小影响热锻模所受机械负荷;通过自身工作速度与工件变形所需能量的"匹配"情况影响热锻模所受热负荷。本文选取三类典型锻压设备,运用有限元分析软件对汽车前轮毂终锻模锻造过程进行数值模拟,分析不同加载方式对热锻模损伤的影响程度。以上研究表明:合理选择锻造设备可以降低锻模所受负荷,提高锻模使用寿命。
The hot forging die bears thermal load and mechanical load during forging production, the forging equipment can affect the mechanical load by its own energy; the forging machine can change the thermal load according to energy requirement of the working speed and workpiece deformation. Three typical forging machines were chosen, the forging process was simulated and the damage degree under different load mold was analyzed by finite analysis software. All the researches indicate that the service life of forging die can be prolonged by choosing appropriate forging machine to decrease the load that forging die bears.
