摘要
通过对钯合金毛细管与不锈钢接头连接用钎料的选择、真空钎焊工艺试验,确定了获得优质钎焊接头的工艺参数,保证了批量钯合金毛细管焊接的工艺稳定性。
The solders and vacuum brazing technology of palladium-alloy capillary and stainless steel were investigated. The process parameters for high quality brazed joint were determined, which can provide stable brazing process in large scale for the palladium alloy capillary.
