摘要
摩托车平叉轴管与侧管之间的连接主要为CO2焊接成形,但由于其焊缝密集且需对称同时焊接,焊缝之间相互影响,导致成形质量与结构尺寸难于保证。本文采用SYSWELD焊接专用有限元软件对其焊接过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明:基于SYSWELD建立的有限元数值分析模型与实际焊接过程基本相符,短直焊缝与圆弧焊缝之间的残余应力相互影响,且较为复杂,但整体上呈现出M形。
The axle tube and side tube of ZS 125-70 motorcycle rear fork were welded by CO2 Arc Welding, but it is hard to guarantee the quality because of more welds and required symmetric welding at the same time. The ZS125-70 motorcycle rear fork CO2 Arc Welding was simulated by FEM model for axle tube and side tube based on SYSWELD software. The results show that the simulation results are almost consistent with the actual welding process, the welding residual stress of short straight beads and arc beads are complicated and interactive, but the shape of M in the whole appears.
