摘要
选择用化学沉积的方法成型微型波纹管,解决了以前电铸成型中存在的壁厚均匀性较差、刚度较低以及焊接时由于含硫而存在的焊接脆性等问题。通过调整化学镀液的配方来调整铸层中的磷含量而控制铸层的脆性,得到了性能优良的波纹管弹簧。
The micro-bellows were formed by electroless deposition. This method can solve the previous problems of wall thickness un-uniformity, low stiffness,sulfur brittleness on welding and other problems, which were caused by electro-forming. By adjusting the plating liquid formula, the phosphorus content in the cast layer is adjusted to control the brittleness in order to get good performance of bellow spring.
