摘要
采用宏观形貌分析、化学成分分析及SEM分析等方法,分析了齿轮断裂的原因。结果表明,齿轮断裂属于疲劳断裂,氢脆促进了齿轮疲劳断裂的产生和发展。
The fracture of reducer gear was analyzed by means of morphology analysis, chemical composition analysis and SEM analysis. The results show that the fracture of the gear is fatigue fracture, which was caused by hydrogen embrittlement.
