摘要 创意经济时代的到来对企业竞争提出了新的挑战。人力资源管理是企业竞争优势的重要来源。人力资源管理赢得企业竞争优势的最终源泉是如何变革个体、团队和组织的心智模式。企业只有构建员工、团队和组织的成长型共享心智模式才能为企业赢得竞争优势奠定基础。
