西药联合中医辨证施治治疗口腔扁平苔癣106例的疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effects of western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicines treatment based on different symptoms and signs in treating 106 patients with oral lichen planus

目的评价西药联合中医辨证论治治疗口腔扁平苔癣的治疗效果。方法将106例口腔扁平苔癣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各53例,治疗组给予口服西药外用维A酸乳膏加中医辨证治疗;对照组只给予口服西药加外用维A酸乳膏涂擦治疗。观察两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率(88.67%)也高于对照组(67.92%)。结论西药联合中医辨证论治治疗口腔扁平苔癣效果良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of treating oral lichen planus with westem medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on different symptoms and signs. Methods One hundred and six patients with oral lichen planus were randomly divided into two groups, with 53 in the treatment group and 53 in the control group. The treatment group was treated with oral western medicine and topical use of tretinoin cream, adding traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on different symptoms and signs. The control group was treated with oral western medicine and topical use of tretinoin cream only. The effect was compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 88.67%, and that of the control group was 67.92%. There was a significant difference in above parameters between two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The effect of oral lichen planus treated with western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on different symptoms and signs is good and this method is worth of extensive application.
