摘要
目的利用现代中医诊断技术,观察亚健康状态及其各证型在面色、舌象、脉象方面的差异,为亚健康状态评估和分类提供依据。方法对207名大学生进行健康状态评估、舌象面色图像、脉搏波图采集分析、四诊信息采集与辨证,观察大学生健康状态和亚健康状态及其各证型在舌象、脉象、面色方面的指标差异。结果大学生亚健康状态各证型与健康状态之间在面色、舌象、脉象的客观检测指标上存在差异。与健康组比较,亚健康组面色L、a、S值差异显著,气血虚组L值增高(P<0.05),肝郁气滞组a值降低(P<0.05),肾虚组、阳虚组S值降低(P<0.05),阳虚组H值增大(P<0.01);舌色、苔色a、b值差异显著,气血虚组、阳虚组a、b值均增高(P<0.05);脉图指标h1、h5、h3/h1差异显著,气血虚组h1、h5降低(P<0.05),h3/h1增高(P<0.05)。结论将现代中医诊断技术用于亚健康状态的评估和分类是可行的。
Objective To observe the differences in complexion,tongue and pulse manifestations according to different syndrome types of sub-health state by using modern TCM diagnostic technology,and provide evidences for the evaluation and classification of sub-health status.Methods In university students(n=207),health condition assessment,analysis of tongue images,complexion images and pulse wave diagrams,and syndrome differentiation after collection of four examination information were carried out.The differences in the indexes of tongue and pulse manifestations and complexion were observed in health status,sub-health status and different syndrome types.Results There were differences in the objective indexes of complexion,and tongue and pulse manifestations in every types of sub-health status and health status in university students.Comparing to the health group,the differences in the values of L,a and S of complexion were significant in the sub-health group.The value of L increased in qi-blood deficiency group(P0.05),value of a decreased in liver-depression and qi-stagnation group(P0.05),value of S decreased in kidney-deficiency group and yang-deficiency group(P0.05) and value of H increased in yang-deficiency group(P0.01).The values of a and b of tongue color and tongue fur color had significant differences and increased both in qi-blood deficiency group and yang-deficiency group(P0.05).The indexes of h1,h5 and h3/h1 of pulse wave diagrams had significant differences,h1 and h5 decreased and h3/h1 increased in qi-blood deficiency group(P0.05) and h3/h1 increased(P0.05).Conclusion It is feasible that modern TCM diagnosis technology is applied in the evaluation and classification of sub-health state.
